How do I reset the windows version to the default settings

I've been having an issue where the program will run the video full screen on my primary display and not allow me to minimize or make any changes to it, but the program runs normally on the second display. If i could get this to reverse, it would be perfect, but as it stands now I would just like to be able to get it back to normal.

How do I reset the program to clear these settings out?
