latest version(s) repositories_stable and development

I've lost track - where the most updated download sites are. Whether dev builds or stable, installer or portable.
Sometimes, I see comments on this forum about a fix released in (Ex. 14.9.0.xxxx), but a mentioned version may / may not be on http://sourceforge.net/projects/smplaye ... /Unstable/.

Here's another site for "latest changes" - http://smplayer.sourceforge.net/en/changes - showing 14.9.0.6812 as the latest.
* Though that page doesn't mention anything about stable / unstable / development.
That v 14.9.0.6812 is still listed on the Unstable page @ http://sourceforge.net/projects/smplaye ... /Unstable/, but on that page - are many more recent unstable versions than build 6812.

Also, is the most recent MPV version, released back in 2014-12-12: smplayer-mpv-14.9.0.6576-win32.exe? (on http://sourceforge.net/projects/smplaye ... /Unstable/)
Or are later MPV versions hosted elsewhere?

Also having a little trouble finding the most up to date change logs for each version.

The very latest version (for Windows) is always at https://sourceforge.net/projects/smplay ... /Unstable/

The website doesn't always have up to date info about the latest version. It would be a huge work to update the site every time a new build is uploaded, so it's only done from time to time.

There isn't anymore a specific installer for mpv. Now the normal installer includes an option to choose whether to install mplayer or mpv. If you choose mpv, a mpv build is downloaded and installed (along with youtube-dl).
