Soft volume doesn't work with mpv

Hi,

Using mpv as backend soft volume doesn't seem to be working. Went to Options > Preferences > Audio checked use Soft volume control and set max amplification to 700 but the volume is the same. Tried both Alsa and Pulse. However using mpv by itself the volume can be amplified by a lot more (set soft volume and max amplification in mov's config file, but this doesn't appear to work with Smplayer)

Smplayer 14.9.0 (svn r6994) on Ubuntu 15.04 64 bits.

Yes, it seems they (mpv) have changed something in the latest version. I'll try to fix it.

But now the volume won't work correctly with mpv < 0.9.
