YouTube Browser: Could not connect to YouTube server

When I open the SMPlayer YouTube Browser, the main part of the window displays: Error: Could not connect to Youtube server.

However, if I use the Enter URL function, everything works OK.

You need to install the new version of smtube:

I'am also have trouble with connect to Youtube using latest version smtube in Linux
