Not connecting to Youtube

I am new to SMplayer 15.9.0, installed it about 45 mins ago vie the Ubuntu PPA.

When I want to use under «Options» the Youtube-Browser, I receive: «Error: could not connect to Youtobe server.«

Any ideas what is the reason?

You need to update smtube as well.

I did a general upgrade this morning, and smtube was included. It now works. Thank you very much.
