Internet-Radio-Streams

Postby Arran » Thu Oct 01, 2015 1:05 pm

Hello
I am new to SMplayer 15.9.0, installed it about 45 mins ago vie the Ubuntu PPA.

I like to listen to Radio, for that I use presently Amarok. I have half a dozen stations, I use regularly, mostly from Switerland, about eight stations. For that I put a stream into Amarok (example: http://stream.srg-ssr.ch/rsc_de/aacp_96.m3u). Once that is done, I then make a playlist to savethese addresses.

I have not found how I could do that in SMplayer. Can someone advise me, please?

You can add the URL to the favorites menu. Open the URL in smplayer and then go to Open -> Favorites -> Add current media.

You can also add the URL to the playlist (Options -> Playlist) and save it.
