Update bug

Postby Angus23 » Wed Oct 21, 2015 2:45 pm

Hi, I don't know if something weird its happening or if its normal to SMP. I received the warning about a new version of the program, and I tried to update, but it says I can't update because I already have the SMP installed (of course). So I removed the program, and then I installed the new version. It's weird because its the first program that I found that ask the manual uninstalling to make a new update. It's frustrating cause as I use RevoUninstaller, I lost all my logs.

That never happened to me.
What version were you using before the upgrade?

Oh, I don't remember (I already uninstalled), but I believe its the previous version of the current one, since I received the new version release warning. So I downloaded the new version from SMP site, and when I tried to install (W10) it said that couldn't, since I already have SMP installed.
