MPV during installation

If i download SMPlayer and try to install it with MPV in Windows i would expect i could install it offline.
But when choosing MPV the installer tries to download over internet which does not work if no connection.

Could MPV not be included in the installation?
If not, i would like that is say "MPV will be downloaded from the internet, so you need a internet connection to install SMPlayer with MPV" or something like that.

Also the "error" message could be a little better when there is no internet connection.
Like "Could not download MPV, perhaps no internet connection" or something like that.

mpv is included in the installer in the development packages:

Ok so i guess it goes from 22 MB til 40 MB adding MPV?

64-bit is much smaller because the version included in 32-bit has required fonts that significantly add to the size.
