I've updated the smplayer to version 16.7.0 64 bit and i'm running on windows 10.
I've realized there is something weird for quite some time.
It's about the previous and next line in subtitle (dec_sub_step and inc_sub_step).
To test this i uninstalled the 16.7, then installed the 14.9.0.7017 and downloaded the portable 16.7 (cause i can't find the portable for the 14.9).
Now in the 14.9.0.7017, the dec_sub_step and inc_sub_step work as it says, which is to change subtitle line to the previous or next line in subtitle.
But in the 16.7, the dec_sub_step and inc_sub_step show that it change the sub delay, not necessarily to the exact previous or next line in subtitle.
Which makes it really tough when the subtitle is not synced.
Is this a bug?
Or did the team does want to make it this way?
Cause if this is not a bug, i guess the 14.9 is the right version for me.
