Using your latest portable release (thanks a lot for the quick release ) If I use mpv and set high speed playback without altering pitch to no and enable looping if I adjust the speed it's fine on the first play but when it loops the audio speed will reset but not the video speed. Using the mplayer option fixes this.

Maybe a bug in mpv.
You can try a newer version of mpv (the one included in the smplayer package is version 0.11 but the latest one is 0.16). You can find it here:
