Mistake in portuguese translation

I've noticed a mistake (?) in the translation to portuguese (may the mistake is in MPlayer, I don't know). The commands inc_speed_1, dec_speed_1 are not translated (they appear as "speed") but the commands inc_speed, dec_speed are translated (they appear as "velodidade").

In the translation for Portugal (smplayer_pt.ts) in fact there was a mistake: "speed +1%" and "speed -1%" were translated as "Velocidade +4%" and "Velocidade -4%". I've just fixed that (revision 3407).

In the translation for Brazil (smplayer_pt_BR.ts), the problem is that the translation is quite outdated, it has more than 200 untranslated strings.
