keyboard media buttons problem

I've just tried now to manually reassign it and it did not solve the problem. I've also found a little bug that in order to assign any of the Media Keys on my keyboard I first have to disable "Use the multimedia keys as global shortcuts" as they otherwise don't get caught while assigning.

The Mute key on my keyboard works in the reverse order I want it to. I checked the box and the play/pause works great. Mute, however, mutes smplayer and not the system. I want to be able to make the mute button mute the entire system.

How do I get it to let me mute the entire computer instead of only mute within smplayer? I have a corsair K55 RGB. The play/pause work great with the universal button checked.

You have to turn off the option "use the multimedia keys as global shortcuts".
