It seems the packages for version 16.4 are still available here:

https://launchpad.net/~rvm/+archive/ubu ... es_filter=

But they are going to be deleted soon.

A workaround for the problem with audio files is to compile version 16.6 with Qt 4.

These bugs are not so bad in this new version. Will downgrade for the moment and wait for the next version then :D

I think the problem of the slider is fixed in svn r7971.
