Added a submenu to select the closed caption channel

Although I don't know if it works properly, at least the sample you provided doesn't show any subtitles at all.

I tried taking the command smplayer was passing to mplayer in a terminal and using "--subcc 0" instead of "--subcc" with no value specified. The file started playing, and even passing audio to my jack server, but there was no video output (which i'm assuming you need some other type of switch to get mplayer to render video when running it from the terminal like i was doing). I went into smplayers options and tried to manually make add the option --subcc 0 in the advanced tab but it didn't help (i didn't think it would, but i figured why the heck not). I'm also using debian sid, does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Or can someone recommend a good frontend for mplayer that is in the debian repos besides smplayer or kmplayer? Gnome mplayer doesn't seem to work either.

I built the current SVN of mplayer and I got this crash too.

I turned on closed captioning on by accident when trying to get subtitles to work (the EN ones instead of NL) and then I started getting this with every video I would start to play.

Still not fixed. At least not in SMPlayer. Maybe it was fixed with the bundled mplayer, but not if you replace it.

I compiled mine with RAR support. Otherwise, I have no use for SMPlayer or mplayer, so you see my dilemma. Albeit, it's avoided now since I deleted my INI and started fresh and know what to avoid now.
