I've made a script that enqueues all files in the folder of the file you open.
It is written in Autohotkey L and compiled to an exe.
This exe should become your default player instead of SMplayer.
What the script does is launching SMplayer and adding to the playlist all video/audio files in the opened file's folder (not just subsequent ones) like many other players do.
If anybody is interested I can upload it here with instructions on how to install it. I'll include source code.
It's a bit rough but does the trick
