Subtitle screen position

I'm just using SMP for the first time and like it very much so far however, I find the subtitles always play at the top of the screen when I would rather have them on the bottom. I could find nothing in the help files about this, nor in the program preferences. Can anyone tell me how to get them playing only at the bottom please?

Are you using the option Subtitles -> Secondary track to select the subtitles? In that case the subtitles are displayed on the top of the screen. Use the option Subtitles -> Primary track.

So should I set the secondary track to NONE?
At the moment both primary and secondary are set to FR.

Yes, the secondary track should be set to none.
