How to change "jump laps" (jump speed)

Right now, when I hit the arrow right button, there will be a 10 seconds jump.

I would very like to have the following set (but have to confess I don't know how)

1) arrow right or left : the jump steps brought back to 1 or 2 seconds
2) shift arrow right or left : jump steps 5 seconds
3) some kind of button/hotkey combination resulting in playing with reduced speed
repeating the hotkey: reducing speed further
(e.g. arrow down - slow down, arrow up, speed up, SMPlayer to show at what speed the video is played back, e.g. 0,1 - 0,2 - 0,3 ... etc. or 1,0 0 1,1 - 1,2 - 1,3 ... 1,5)

Couldn't figure this out, hence my post.

Hello!
For changing those settings, go to Preferences and open Interface->Seeking tab. The timings you need are set via Long jump, Medium jump and Short jump. But somewhy the player won't let the short jump to be set to less then 10 seconds, and medium - to less than a minute. Why so is a question for the developer.

For setting the corresponding shortcuts you can go to Keyboard and mouse section in Preferences, find the +/- 1/10 second(s)/minute(s) entries in the list and then set new shortcut by double-clicking on it.
P.S. I wish the developer put a search field for this list. Manual browsing drives me crazy.

I didn't how where to look for this setting. Yes, just click on the value and set it manually to a lower value (lower than 10).

Meanwhile I also changed the reduce/increase speed button to Arrow-Up (Up) and Arrow Down (Down) in the toolbar
