Could you test if this problem is also happening if you change the style of the application? (preferences -> interface -> style)

Hi, sure, changing the style didn't make any difference, and i tried em all, currently it's fusion.

EDIT: New development: Your suggestion about the style has got me messing with mre settings and i noticed one thing, when i change GUI, from the usual i use "skinnable GUI" to whatever one of the others, and back to skinnable GUI and black skin again, it works, regardless of the registry, which is now at the value 30000. But once i start the player again in skinnable gui and black skin, the same issue once again. Now, this is not an issue of the GUI, because if i then set any other GUI and restart the player, i have the same issue, until i change the GUI. So it starts to look like a bug where there's an issue until the gui gets changed and somehow there's a refresh and that enables menus again, weird.

I've just tested on windows 7, and it works fine for me after changing that option in the registry.

Im on W10. Can i use a cmd switch to reload the GUI or something like that?
I mean, if the menus work as normal after i change to any GUI, maybe after a reload it works too, not sure what else changes when i set another GUI.

I've just tested on Windows 10, 64 bit. It still works fine for me. No problem with the menus, all options work fine when I click on them.

Hi there,

I have just downloaded SMPlayer on my windows 10 desktop PC and the first thing i wanted to use it for was to watch a DVD.
After navigating Open_Disc_DVD from drive, i am taken to the DVD menu which has 4 options (Play Movie, Set Up Options, Scene Selection, Special Features), when i use the mouse to click any of these option nothing happens (absolutley nothing).
None of the 4 option are highlighted when i hover over them with the mouse and attempting to click on any of them does nothing.
I presume this relates to the same isuue posted above?

Can you help please?

Thanks,

Steve

Support for DVD menus was removed. Select a title in the menu Browse -> Title.
