SMPlayer does not play MP4 format?

I am trying to run some MP4 videos on SMplayer, but the player only plays audio and no videos are displayed. The same file I opened in the VLC player is displaying video + audio. I like SMPlayer, because it's better in usability, so look for solutions to play MP4 files in it.

Yes, it plays mp4.
Please send the mplayer/mpv log after trying to play that video (in the "View" menu).
