SMPlayer won't play video from SMTube

As of Friday May 10, 2019 I have been unable to play videos from smtube directly on smplayer.
I can use smplayer to play videos that I have already downloaded, but not videos that I search for on smtube.
So, right clicking on a video in smtube and clicking on Play with > SMPlayer does not work for me.

I am running the latest versions of SMPlayer [Version: 19.1.0 (revision 9191)] and SMTube [18.11.0] and am using Leap 15.0 as an OS.

Please advise, thanks.

IF same issue
i right clicked 3 videos 2 of 3 just say STOP

it says stop but VLC and WMP play fine
sometimes sm will play

NOW i experienced something

resetting computer fixed all players

Youtube changed something and now sometimes smplayer fails to play the videos. The problem is already fixed in svn and a new version (19.5) will be released soon.

Probably it doesn't understand the options that smtube passes to it.

ok way to get this to work
on smtube
OPEN SMTUBE
COPY LINK TO CLIP BOARD
OPEN (Play with) 5Kplayer
when the program opens
and that mess appears
click OK to cancel it

IF the URL is there click DOWNLOAD as usual with the YELLOW DOWNLOAD
IF NOT there
click the blue CLICK AND ANALYZE
then the yellow DOWNLOAD
afterwords you can chose to extract the sound into the mp3
but i would like to know when you open with smtube it opens that long string mess

i talked to 5k -5k is a player by default, and doesn't recognize the path until you hit OK to close the box
"Because 5KPlayer set the playback as default to read the path
Therefore it does not show up in the download"
unknown if default can be download.. the box may be removed in next version so see if it works
