How to save/load complete or partial configuration settings

Is there a way to do this within the app?
I saw the 1 .ini file that the portable build created. And I've been just copying that. But that doesn't include "remembered" settings for played items.
What is the preferred way to save 100% of my settings so that I never have to repeat all my keybindings and setting changes?

Also, is there a "roadmap" document available to non-contributors like me being the newcomer?
I was wondering if the Backup/Restore Config feature might already be on the list of future features.

You're saying I should save 120mb of program executables & dlls every time I want to back up all my settings?!?! LOL

If I save file_settings can I install the app on a new machine, should mine fail, and restore that directory to get where I am today with the app?

I do weekly backups of my app data, ie; settings for all my apps - 120mb doesn't mean much these days, it's the principal of having to save everything in the app install directory that concerns me.

No, you only need to save the smplayer configuration folder. You can open it with the option Help -> Open configuration folder.
