Quality setting stops working in Debian

Recently I am updated SMTube from version 18 to version 19 and the quality setting stops working. Now I can only watch youtube in low quality mode (something like 360p or 480p) in VLC/Mplayer/MPV with SMtube, please help with this problem.

Does this problem happen to you with all videos or only with the music videos?
