I'm able to stream pre-recorded 4K 30fps Youtube videos using SMPlayer (looks awesome btw!) but no matter what settings I try (searched the forums and experimented extensively) I can't seem to get SMPlayer to play live stream YT videos at 3840x2160 res.
I like to zoom in on the progress SpaceX is making at their development/launch site in Boca Chica Texas using the 24/7 live remote 4K feed.
Aside from not hitting 4K SMPlayer has been awesome for this.Try this url as an example of a 4K live stream. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QbM7Vsz3kg
Is this a known issue or is there a way to force it into playing 4K?
