Custom Sound Remmaping

I want to use custom sounds output channels: ( for example -channels 4 -af channels=4:4:0:1:0:0 ) . How I can disable default variables from sound properties in UI ?

Add -channels 4 -af channels=4:4:0:1:0:0 to preferences -> advanced -> options for mplayer -> options.
