Always maximized window, Play last file on startup

(I'm not a native English speaker, please sympathize for my poor writing)

I've just downloaded SMPlayer and used it for a week. Overall, it is a good media player. However, I would love to see some below features in SMPlayer
1. After I drag and drop a mp3 file into SMPlayer, the window is re-sized to compact mode. I don't like it. I would like to keep the window always maximized
2. SMPlayer works well at playing the file at the last time position. However, after I start SMPlayer, I really want it to automatically start playing the last file / playlist.

Copy your settings and let me take a look.. its a common problem i would think.. mine is although not having this kind of problem
