Support for vdpau filters

It'd be nice to make some improvements to filters management for vdpau :

At the moment, all vdpau options such as hardware deinterlacing, deblocking, sharpening, HQscaling,... are only available through user defined video output. This is a PITA when one have to deal with interlaced and progressive sources of various quality.
I wish there was a GUI to set multiple user defined filters and those were selectable from right click menu "video => filters". This would address both the hardware issue (several set of available vdpau features and GPU processing power) and allow users to switch options on/off with ease.
