probs with TS-files

hey,

for over a year now smp refuses to play my older ts files.

It´s either flickerish or no picture at all.

The player is choosing the ffmpeg2 codec but thats never working. Sometimes mpeg12 works but with one of my files I even have to use different player because smp shows no picture at all.

Smplayer is just a GUI, it can't do any kind of video decoding/processing itself. If you have trouble reading some files, mplayer, ffmpeg or some specific codec library is to blame (assuming your TS files are properly riped) and you should direct your bug report to their respective trackers.
IMO, you should just update your mplayer/ffmpeg binaries.

Maybe they changed the default demuxer in mplayer, I don't know.

Anyway I don't have problems playing ts files.
