How do I start videos at 200% or higher?

Hi,
I have some clips that open in a tiny window. How can I set the player to always open those clips in a larger video possibly a fixed size?

You can set "Never" in Preferences->Interface->Interface->Main window->Autoresize and uncheck "Remember position and size" if you want. All videos will be open in the fixed-size window.
