Various noticed issues in SMPlayer (v0.610)

I will try to get round to bug tracking these issues later, I just wanted to share them with the forum first and see if anyone else is experiencing them in there own reproduction or if anyone wants to comment. Thanks, they are listed as follows:


visual bug in mouse-cursor highlighting of files in Playlist window - cannot see the cursor highlight line & unable to highlight from space

Where is 'repeat single' option? To repeat/loop playback a single file continuously - In Playlist window there is only a 'repeat all' option featured.


"Switch screensaver off" - this setting only decides to work sometimes in my portable smplayer v0.610

Screensaver picture is not re-sizable to interface - It has always been like this in SMPlayer since I started using SMPlayer years ago. However in UMPlayer fork the screensaver is re sizable. I will bug track this.



Remembering volume - volume already gets remembered on a per-file basis if I enable the "remember settings for all files" tickbox option but the issue is, is that I want to avoid enabling this setting and don't need a large single ini file size and dont desire using separate ini's either.
So I would like a setting to simply remember the last set volume in between program sessions. Currently SMPlayer resets volume on each new program session. A simple tickbox for 'Remember Volume' to get located in the Preferences>General - would be great. I should Feature request trac this.

Volume dial is greyed-out/not configurable with mouse click upon non playback of file. Although mouse-wheel can still be used when there is no file playing. The volume knob should not get greyed-out/unusable when no file is playing instead the control should behave as if a file is in a paused state. All same thing applies for the 'mute' too. Please understand.



small visual bug regarding opening the 'Preferences' window during playback and minimizing then maximizing the application, the player interface upon being maximized appears above the 'Preferences' in quick flicker before disappearing. I will bug track this.

A-B repeat is lovely feature and works just fine in current SMPlayer, however, If I set the markers plus also enable the 'repeat' of the markers - during playback of the markers, I then do a 'Clear A-B markers' to clear them but then the video playing just reverts back the beginning of playback (00:00) instead of carrying on from where it was playing at the time of clearing the markers. Please fix it so that there is no video interruption/stopping when 'clearing the markers' it should just continue.
