I can't open a mms stream in ipv6 network

Does smplayer support ipv6 ? I have set the network to ipv6 ,but I still cannot open a ipv6 mms stream , why ?
(e.g. mms://officetv.bupt.edu.cn/BTV-6 I can open it in Windows 7 with windows media player)

In preferences -> advanced -> network you can select IPv6.
