No video with Bluray made in Mexico

Greetings:

I'm just trying to grab some screenshots off a couple of blu rays. Most work fine- I can see video and grab what I need.

Others (all made in Mexico for Universal) don't seem to play any video and I can't grab anything. They all play but the video is black. I'm using anydvd and it is working fine.

I've tried different video output settings in SMPlayer but nothing seems to get video.

Any ideas? Is there another way to rip these videos and grab screenshots with SMPlayer? I'm really looking for hires screen grabs- not just a simple "screenshot" through windows.
