persian subtitle problem

I use smplayer in ubuntu 12.04.
ubuntu defaunt player totem have good persian subtitle support.
in normal mode smplyer shows persian subtitle good but LTR in sentences that contain english word. i want that shows RTL.
in ssa mode that this mode is advanced, persian sub is show completly wrong.
