How to show Favorites w. kb shortcut

I'm trying to assign a hot key to show the list of favorites.

There is no favorites in the keyboard shortcuts in the Preferences GUI.

In smplayer.ini in the [actions] section there is a line, "favorites_menu=" without a key assigned. I tried assigning several keys, but none worked. I also tried creating an action "show_favorites_menu" that didn't exist, but that didn't work either.

Is there a way to make the favorites appear with a shortcut hotkey? If not, why isn't there? Thanks. I'm using 0.8.1

Currently it's not possible to assign a shortcut to a popup menu.
