hello, first im using smplayer with WindowsXP. therefore i used zoomplayer and i need much time until i found this player (smplayer) the most feature have i found. only one great feature dont be function with smplayer. first i put some episodes into my playlist and started the first epidode. if i close the player and restart then all the files added before are still in my playlist. but if i i press the playbutton the last played episode dont start !!!!
the problem is if i doubleclick the file in the playlist again. the movie starts at the beginning and not at the position as it was as i closed the player last time. only if i doubleclick the file again in the operating system filebrowser like "Windows/Explorer" the movie restart at the saved position. maybe that could be changed/fixed. would be great !!!

Uncheck the option "Play from the start" in preferences -> playlist.

yea u are right. idk what im doing/saying. sorry for that. there is only one thing that you could change. except u wanted the way it goes.
i closed the smplayer with for instance with a movie called MATRIX at a spevific timecode, for instance 01:20:35, and closed the player.
now i restart the smplayer and suddenly after the main window appears on my screen i pressed the PLAY-BUTTON. nothing happend. the correct way is to open the playlist and select the highlighted movie there. with ur last advise the movie now starts at the correct timecode. thats great but i have to go to the playlist window first to select the movie i wanted.
i know its only one step more to do. but would be cool if i onle have to press the play-button or playkey only...
hopefully in dont tell stupid things again
oh, isnt important because i dont use this function really often but if u could change that would be nice. the video-equalizer dont save the position and size. after resizing and removing the position is the same (left upper corner).
postscripum: thanx for fast reply and GREAT WORK !!! i love your PLAYER
