I found two issue in 0.8.3, if you change the video output driver from direct3d, to gl(yuv) or gl(fast - ATI cards), if you right click on display and add black borders then if you are in full screen and right click again the menu doesn't appear only if you exit full screen you see the menu when you right click on video, and the second one if you select same driver gl(yuv/fast Ati) and play a flv, or a mp4 video when you are in full screen mode if you go with the cursor down to see the floating control display flashes black then you see the video (all this happens less than a second only when you want to see the floating control). Now this is not normal, if I select the gl driver on vlc I don't have this two issue. I use windows 7 sp1 32bit, ati radeon hd 6310m, amd dual core 1,6ghz, and 2 gb ram. Thanks, hope this two issue will be fixed till 0.8.4 is out.
