Move smplayer.ini to installation directory?

As far as I can see the config file smplayer.ini is by default put (under 64bit Win 7) into

C:\Users\<username>\.smplayer\

Is there a way to move it into the installation directory of SMplayer (e.g. on an USB Stick)?

I want to run SMPlayer on various computers from USB Stick.

Yes, if smplayer finds a smplayer.ini in the same directory where smplayer.exe is, it will use that one.
