audio problems

I installed SMPlayer and when I set it goes THROUGH the audio preferences. What I have to do to get it back?

I have other players and working properly what happens is that I feel better. For example I have gnome player and works, the xine too, the parole just as the same is just this and as I have installed two links to be two players differently when used on 1 work I try to set up and becomes mute, shut it rip the other works and when I try to set also remains silent.
Seeing is believing.

already solved, just had to change the audio driver "pulse" to "alsa" and it works.
